In the realm of our political-economy's alternative media space on the "left" Marxism has become commodified by a "young" academic elite of liberal PMC's (professional managerial class) who promote themselves as public intellectuals.  Bhaskar Sunkara of Jacobin and Nathan Robinson of Current Affair represent two such insufferable dead ends to an even more insufferable reality which their brand of reformist "leftist" politics foist on the working class lumpenproletariat(there is no other,) "left" and "right," daily.


Bernie's National Press Secretary, Briahna Joy Gray - a rising public intellectual star of the YT liberal-left -  still deep in the duopoly's doo, can be defined by the guests and topics and opinions she features and more often than not seconds. (Given that every bridge in LA houses dozens of homeless in the bluest of blue states, with Dems here holding California's rightwing Governorship, House and Senate, and Covid fear-porn being milked for all it's worth, the anti masks-&-mandates-by-decree fuckwit Larry Elders is shaping up as my recall-election check-off for Gov.

The liberal Jimmy Dore-adjacent comedian-commentariat represents an indispensable feature of political life throughout history, on the best of days, and finds itself mired up to its scalp in dead-end-bound, DemSoc'ish, third party electoral politics (a field of play designed and rigged by the two, donor class beholden, political corporations doing business as political parties(political Mafia families).

Here's useful idiot Dore justifiably denouncing all the heretofore arising gatekeeper outfits while, simultaneously elsewhere, we find him denouncing critics of the neoliberal Clintonista Nick Brana-led MPP (which he and Chris wholeheartedly support) as "bad faith actors". The irony here is iron clad.

In the end both cohorts and their raptly attentive audiences represent a sad entanglement of covid-cowered comedian-clowns and status quo levitating court jesters.


The smallest and most useless cohorts of Covidiots are composed of obsessively autoeroticizing and effectively brain-dead Trots-shits and sundry tankie cultists pining for an idealized socialist/communist form of communist nirvana ex-machina, in spite of empirical evidence and the Iron Law of Oligarchy informing them of the futility of big-state organized and captured by the ruling nomenklatura's commanding heights ever delivering on their stateless, moneyless & classless pipe dreams.

In essence, these 'radical true leftists' propose to dispatch to neo-Gulags upwards of 50% of the working class; those who politically identify as conservative right wingers and, then, another 80% plus of the remaining, de facto rightwing/capitalist, liberal working class... leaving us all with yet another nothin' burger. Same as it ever was.

As for myself, I'm about labor's numbers and figuring out how to help lend agency to our dormant, disarmed and atomized working class power against the existing, FUBAR financialized, ruling rentier capitalist class' totalitarian New Normal.

In the YT(and beyond) political pundit universe The Convo Couch represents an increasingly bustling oasis of anti-establishmentarian, libertarian socialism-trending political economic positioning, bent on torpedoing the existentially offensive to the right and left working class' ruling elite-administered  neoliberal world order.

The answer to the left's problem with capitalism has been so doctrinaire, dogmatic and so reality detached that it allowed a far more virulent form of the capitalist virus to displace the original industrial capitalist form and infect the world with an unmitigated, financialized and brutally predatory, malignant rentier capitalist variant, benefiting no one but an increasingly smaller percentile of the shark-like 1% plus their accompanying remoras, in the medium-short to medium run. In the medium-long run the human specie will, subject to this decrepit system, go defunct.

The self-identified "left" fingers capitalism yet votes to perpetuate capitalism's gatekeeper system every time.  

The right fingers corrupt-capitalism but finds the classical capitalist form, plus Social Security, Medicare, etc., minus military Keynesianism, perfectly acceptable. Which, together with their anti-imperialist small gov. ethos, places them to the left of the rightwing DSA. 

It almost seems that these conservative members of the working class would find Social Democracy(were it not identified with the neoliberal, Clintonite Democrat Partei) reasonably acceptable - assuming it came with a less burgeoning corrupt-capitalist Mafia-captured central government.

On Covid-tyranny there are right-libertarians declaring themselves open to joining with all anti-Faucists, including progressives like Naomi Wolff and liberty-inclined radical (anarcho)socialists/communists.

It's clear that Left-Right, Dem-Rep divisions and electoral politics no longer maintain. 

So, Wd-fil2bd for the political lepers of all anti-establishmentarian political denominations, ethnicities, and cultural persuasions in the face of the ruling elite's engineering drive towards their impeccable New Normal?
